Synergence provide high level designs based on our expertise in PIA network, Civils and other utilities. HLD will capture the correct details to allow our surveyors to do their due diligence thus enabling our planning team to produce a high quality LLD.

The LLD combines our finding from HLD and the survey to produce a working documents for the build team. Our surveyors on the ground will check the High Level Design is valid and provide automated feedback to the planner for any revisions. We update the HLD with our findings to produce an accurate LLD.

Our qualified surveyors will walk the planned route in the HLD to check the design is viable. We will provide feedback on alternative routing to avoid any potential hazards, blockages and obstacles to ensure the construction phase is as smooth as possible.
